How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 3–5 days in metro cities and 5–7 days in non-metro areas. We partner only with reliable courier services to ensure safe, timely delivery.

What if my package is delayed?

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team with your order number for assistance.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping options at checkout. Express shipping typically delivers within 3-4 business days domestically.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please fill out our return request form. Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Can I exchange my order?

No, currently we do not offer any exchanges.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Can I return worn/washed items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

How do I request a refund for a COD order?

For COD orders, please fill out our COD refund form with your bank details after your return has been approved.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been shipped, you can request a cancellation. Please reach out to us with your order number, or submit a request directly through our Cancellation Form.

Can I cancel after it has shipped?

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can refuse delivery or return the package once received.

We pack fast. Cancellation may not be possible once shipped.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, and other major payment methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Is COD available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within select regions. Please check availability during checkout.

Prepaid refunds are reversed to the original method. COD refunds require your bank details.

How do I know my size?

Please refer to our sizing guide for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Will the fabric shrink or change with use?

Our products are pre-shrunk, but we recommend following the care instructions on the label to maintain the quality and fit of your garments.

How do I donate clothes?

To donate clothes, fill out our donation request form. We'll arrange pickup or provide instructions for sending your items to us.

What kind of clothes can I give?

We accept gently used clothing items in good condition. Please ensure all donated items are clean and wearable.

Do I get anything in return?

Yes — as a thank you for giving your Crown & Era clothes a second life, we’ll send you a discount code for your next CAE purchase.
