At Crownandera, we are committed to offering you a smooth, transparent, and trustworthy shopping experience. While we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Whether it’s a sizing issue, a change of mind, or an error on our part — we’re here to make the process simple and respectful of your time.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on all our products, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Tags & Labels: The original product tag must be attached and intact.
Packaging: The original packaging is not mandatory, but the product must be securely packed for return.
Please note: Customized, monogrammed, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they are received in a defective condition.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item delivered by us, Crownandera will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons — such as personal preference, sizing issues, or change of mind — the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
This policy helps us maintain fairness and sustainability across all operations.
How to Initiate a Return
Visit our Return & Refund Request Page and fill out the return form.
Once your request is confirmed, a return pickup will be arranged by Shiprocket, our logistics partner.
Return pickups are usually completed within 2 working days.
Ensure that the product is securely packed and the tag is still attached.
If your location is not serviceable for pickup, our team will share instructions for self-shipping.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted.
Inspection typically takes 1–2 working days.
If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed promptly.
Refund Timeline & Mode
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval.
Amounts are refunded to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be asked to provide bank details for NEFT/IMPS transfers.
Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit voucher for future use.
Reward Points & Loyalty Impact
Reward points are held for a 7-day validation window post-delivery.
If a return is initiated within that window, reward points will not be credited.
Points are released to your Crownandera account on the 8th day if no return is placed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for your preferred item.
International Returns
At this time, we do not support reverse pickup for international orders. If you’re located outside India, return shipping must be arranged and paid by you, unless the product was received in a defective condition.
