We’ve partnered with ShipRocket, a trusted logistics aggregator, to ensure your order reaches you in a smooth and dependable manner — whether you’re in a metro city or a remote town in India.
Shipping Partner & Service Coverage
We currently ship all domestic orders via ShipRocket, which works with leading courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and Shadowfax. This enables us to provide:
Pan-India coverage — We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes supported by ShipRocket’s extensive courier network.
Doorstep delivery — Whether it’s a residential or office address, your package will be delivered securely to the location you choose.
High shipping reliability — Real-time tracking and delivery confirmation ensures transparency throughout the shipping process.
Note: At present, we do not ship internationally, but we are actively working to expand to global markets.
Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 6–24 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are usually processed the next working day.
During festive seasons, collection launches, or sales, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes — we appreciate your patience.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Locations: 5–7 business days
Remote/Interiors: 7–9 business days (based on courier reach)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on unforeseen courier delays, weather disruptions, or service limitations.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS with your tracking link.
You can track the progress of your order in real time via the ShipRocket dashboard.

Delivery Attempt & Redelivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times at the shipping address provided.
If you miss both delivery attempts, you’ll receive a notification to reschedule the delivery.
If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts, we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to have it reshipped. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address to avoid delays.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at the earliest.
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will investigate the issue with the courier partner.
After confirmation, we will either issue a full refund or reship the order at no extra cost.
Damaged or Tampered Shipments
We take utmost care in packaging your order securely. However, if your shipment:
Appears damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery
Has missing items or incorrect contents
Please do not accept the package. Instead:
Take clear photos of the package (outer and inner condition).
Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund upon verification.
