Metro Cities: 3-5 business days Non-Metro Locations: 5-7 business days We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS, allowing real-time shipment tracking through ShipRocket.

Delayed & Lost Shipment

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a refund or reshipment after verifying with the courier partner.

Delivery Attemp & Re Delivery

ShipRocket partners attempt delivery twice before returning the package. If a delivery is missed, the customer will receive a notification for rescheduling. If the package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged &Tampered Shipment

If the package appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. Report the issue immediately with pictures to our support team for resolution.
